Check in is between 4 and 9 p.m. Check out is 10:30 a.m.
Please inform us if you will be arriving after 9pm to arrange late check in. If arrangements are not made prior to your stay, late check in and check out fees may apply.
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. (Check your spam folder)
CANCELLATION
Individual bookings (1-2 rooms):
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
Cancel your reservation two weeks before your arrival date for a refund. Cancel between 14 days to 2 days prior to your arrival date, your refund will be 50% of your booking. Cancellations less than 48 hours will not be refunded.
Group bookings (3+ rooms):
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due one month prior to check in and there will be no refunds issued after the payment due date.
We are a very small family owned operation in a remote village of the Yukon trying to make a living in a very short season. Our cancellation policy must be strictly enforced and please do not ask for special exceptions. We hope your trip goes without any untoward event but we cannot be responsible for the weather, illness, road conditions, flight cancellations, etc. We highly recommend trip insurance so you will not be disappointed.
DAMAGES
Any permanent damage caused to the rooms during your stay will incur charges. This includes but is not limited to damages such as broken furniture, stained or damaged linens, defaced walls, or any other structural alterations.
Upon check-out, our staff will inspect the room for any such damages. Should any be found, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.

$25 nightly fee per pet
Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by an adult. Cots may be requested at $25.00 a unit.
We are a smoke-free property. Designated smoking areas are set up throughout the village.
Gratuities have not been charged to your reservation. They may be added to your bill upon request or left in your room upon check out.
We are a Canadian business and therefore our rates are in Canadian dollars.
